LYDIA HALLS & EVENT CENTRE is a subsidiary of Chariot Properties Limited. It is located along Limson Road, by River Valley Estate Gate B Junction in Ojodu Berger Area of Lagos State with close proximity to Ikeja, the center of Lagos, Lagos State.

LYDIA HALLS & EVENT CENTRE houses 4 tastefully finished halls, namely:
SARDIUS HALL (450/1000 guests), TOPAZ HALL (400/800 guests), RUBY HALL (150/250 guests) and DIAMOND HALL (70/100 guests) in banquet and theatre styles respectively.
