LYDIA HALLS & EVENT CENTRE is a subsidiary of Chariot Properties Limited. It is located along Limson Road, by River Valley Estate Gate B Junction in Ojodu Berger Area of Lagos State with close proximity to Ikeja, the center of Lagos, Lagos State.

LYDIA HALLS & EVENT CENTRE houses 5 tastefully finished halls, namely:
SARDIUS HALL (400/800 Open Sitting), TOPAZ HALL (350/800 Open Sitting), RUBY HALL (200/300 Open Sitting), DIAMOND HALL (70/100 Open Sitting) and  GEM HALL (30/50 open sitting) in banquet and theatre styles respectively.
